Skyworth Group (00751) subsidiary signs framework agreement with Xiao Pai on digital technology.

SKYWORTH GROUP (00751) announced that on January 10, 2025, its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Digital Technology, entered into a framework agreement with Xiaopai. Digital Technology will provide products manufactured/procured by it to Xiaopai from January 10, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The framework agreement aims to continue the existing business transactions between Digital Technology and Xiaopai under the previous framework agreement (which expired on December 31, 2024). Under the framework agreement, the annual maximum sales limit of products that Digital Technology will sell to Xiaopai by December 31, 2025, is RMB 114 million, mainly based on the letter of intent for the order volume that Xiaopai intends to place with Digital Technology by December 31, 2025, under the framework agreement, and the actual transaction amount of approximately RMB 99.96 million generated under the previous framework agreement by December 31, 2024.
