Hualan Biological Vaccine Inc. (301207.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Lv Chengyu, the Board Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Lv Chengyu has resigned from his positions as Board Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after his resignation. Mr. Lv Chengyu's resignation report will take effect from the date of submission to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has agreed to appoint Ms. An Wenjue, a director and General Manager, to temporarily perform the duties of Board Secretary and Chief Financial Officer until a new Board Secretary and Chief Financial Officer are appointed.
