BOCOM INTL (03329) announced that on January 7, 2025, its direct wholly-owned subsidiary Preferred Investment purchased HSBC notes with a face value of $4.9 million for approximately $4.973 million in the over-the-counter market at a purchase price of approximately $100.667 per note.
