Beijing Orient Landscape & Environment (002310.SZ) announced that due to the implementation of the "Reorganization Plan of Beijing Orient Landscape & Environment Co., Ltd.", there will be a change in the controlling shareholder of the company. After the reorganization, the controlling shareholder of the company will change from Beijing Chaohui Xin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chaohui Xin") to Beijing Chaoyang State-owned Capital Operation and Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chaoyang State-owned Capital Management Company"). Chaoyang State-owned Capital Management Company, Chaohui Xin, and Beijing Chaotoufa Investment Management Co., Ltd.-Beijing Yinginghuimin Fund Management Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yinginghuimin") are concerted actors controlled by the same ultimate controller. The actual controller of the company will not change, still being the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Chaoyang District People's Government of Beijing (referred to as "Chaoyang District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission").
