NOVA GROUP (01360): Hu Lanying appointed as an executive director.

NOVA GROUP (01360) announced that the following changes will take effect from January 9, 2025: Hu Lanying has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee; while Wong Yuk Lam has resigned as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee; and no longer serves as the authorized representative for legal proceedings. Lam Wai Hung has resigned as Executive Director; and Tong Dachao is no longer the company's Company Secretary and authorized representative. Wong Ka Wah has been appointed as Company Secretary, authorized representative, and also as the authorized representative for legal proceedings. Wong Ka Sing has been appointed as an authorized representative.
