Guangzhou Grandbuy (002187.SZ) has announced that Mr. Wang Hui has applied to resign from the position of Chairman of the Seventh Board of Directors, director, and other positions held in the subsidiary committees of the Board of Directors due to work adjustments. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Hui will no longer hold any position in the company.
