Guangdong Dongfang Precision Science & Technology (002611.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Suzhou Baisheng Power Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Baisheng Power"), together with professional investment institution Shenzhen Kaiying Tiancheng Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and eight other investors, jointly signed the Partnership Agreement to jointly initiate the establishment of Shenzhen Kaiying No. 15 Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital contribution of all parties to the agreement is 55.2 million yuan. Baisheng Power will subscribe 20 million yuan with its own funds, representing a subscription ratio of 36.2319%, and will be one of the limited partners of the partnership.
