SHUI ON LAND (00272) announced that the cumulative contract property sales for the year 2024 reached RMB 15.058 billion, including residential property contract sales of RMB 14.553 billion and commercial property contract sales of RMB 0.505 billion. The total sold construction area for contract property sales is 142,200 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 105,900 per square meter. In addition, 1,113 parking spaces were sold in the year 2024. In the fourth quarter of 2024, the contract property sales reached RMB 1.572 billion, including residential property contract sales of RMB 1.340 billion and commercial property contract sales of RMB 0.232 billion. The total sold construction area for contract property sales in the fourth quarter of 2024 was 53,100 square meters, with 450 parking spaces sold. The average selling price for contract property sales in the fourth quarter of 2024 was RMB 29,600 per square meter. In addition to the contract property sales reported above, as of December 31, 2024, the Group has recorded a total subscription sales amounting to RMB 795 million, which is expected to be converted into formal contract property sales in the coming months.
