Beijing Aosaikang Pharmaceutical (002755.SZ) announced that major shareholders Yiyi Wealth and Suyang Investment intend to reduce their holdings in the company. Yiyi Wealth plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding and block trades within 90 consecutive natural days starting from the date of this announcement, not exceeding 13.9224 million shares, or 1.5% of the total share capital of the company. Suyang Investment also plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding and block trades within the same time frame, not exceeding 13.9224 million shares, or 1.5% of the total share capital of the company.
