Sinopharm (01099) announced that on January 8, 2025, the board of directors proposed to appoint Mr. Sun Jinglin (Mr. Sun) as an executive director, and to appoint Mr. Hu Ligang (Mr. Hu), Mr. Zu Jing (Mr. Zu), and Mr. Xing Yonggang (Mr. Xing) as non-executive directors. Due to work requirements, Mr. Wang Kan and Mr. Wang Peng resigned as non-executive directors on January 8, 2025, and their resignations took effect immediately.
