(referred to as "Guangzheng New Vision"), plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai New Vision Eastern District Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Eastern District Eye"), by 40 million yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Eastern District Eye will be 100 million yuan.
