Gansu Engineering Consulting Group (000779.SZ) announced that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Zhang Peifeng, the Chairman of the Company, nominated Mr. Chen Yifu to serve as the company's General Manager. The nomination was approved by the Board Nomination Committee, and Mr. Chen Yifu's term of office will be from the date of approval by the Board meeting to the end of the term of the eighth session of the Board of Directors.
