Fujian Longking (600388.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. ("Zijin Mining Group"), has acquired a cumulative total of 15.8388 million shares of the company through centralized bidding on the secondary market from November 26, 2024 to January 8, 2025. This represents 1.25% of the company's total share capital of 1,270,046,293 shares. Following the acquisition, Zijin Mining Group, along with its wholly-owned subsidiaries Zijin Mining Group Capital Investment Co., Ltd. ("Zijin Capital") and Zijin Mining Group Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Zijin Investment"), collectively hold 312 million shares of the company. Due to dilution from the company's convertible bonds, their ultimate ownership of the total share capital is 24.6%.
