COFCO PACKAGING (00906): Huarui's tender offer has become unconditional in all aspects.

COFCO PACKAGING (00906) and the offeror Huarui Fengquan Development Co., Ltd. jointly announced that on January 8, 2025, Huarui received valid acceptances for a total of 286 million shares of Huarui's offer shares, representing approximately 25.68% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this joint announcement. Taking into account the valid acceptances for the total of 286 million shares of Huaruis offer shares (subject to the completion of the transfer of such shares to Huarui) and the 269 million shares held by ORG Technology Development, the 2.326 million shares held by Hubei ORG Technology, and the 403 thousand shares held by Jiantou (Overseas), Huarui and its concert parties collectively own 558 million shares, representing approximately 50.11% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this joint announcement. As of the date of this joint announcement, all conditions have been fulfilled, and therefore, Huarui's offer has become unconditional in all respects as of January 8, 2025.
