Richinfo Technology (300634.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 25% of its equity in Xi'an LvDian Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xi'an LvDian") to Mr. Zhou Yonglong, with a transfer transaction amount of 21 million yuan. After the equity transfer is completed, the company will hold 32% of the equity in Xi'an LvDian, and Xi'an LvDian and its subsidiaries will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
