Announcement from Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (002709.SZ): The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dexian Tianci, has signed a "Processing Agreement" with Duksan Electera America, Inc. (referred to as "Duksan Electera"). The agreement stipulates that Duksan Electera will process and produce lithium-ion battery electrolyte products for Dexian Tianci.
During the agreement period, Dexian Tianci will commission Duksan Electera to process and produce lithium-ion battery electrolyte products at the agreed processing unit price. The total processing volume during the period from 2025 to 2027 is expected to be not less than 10,000 tons. The commissioning party will issue orders on a monthly basis to commission the production of the electrolyte products, and the commissioned party must strictly adhere to the product specifications during production. The agreement period is from the effective date of the agreement until November 16, 2029, after which the agreement will automatically be extended for one year unless either party provides written notice of termination six months before the end of the initial or subsequent term.
