As a result, the qualifications of Mr. Huang Jinliang and Mr. Zhang Chunlei as non-executive directors of the company have become effective, starting from January 7, 2025, until the expiration of the second term of the board of directors. Mr. Zhang Chunlei has also been appointed as a member of the board's audit committee, starting from January 7, 2025, until the expiration of the second term of the board of directors.
