ZGC TEC LEASING (01601) announced that the company has recently received approval from the Beijing Local Financial Supervision Administration for the qualifications of Mr. Huang Jinliang and Mr. Zhang Chunlei to serve as non-executive directors of the company, and for Mr. Huang Zemiao to serve as the employee representative supervisor of the company. As a result, the qualifications of Mr. Huang Jinliang and Mr. Zhang Chunlei as non-executive directors of the company have become effective, starting from January 7, 2025, until the expiration of the second term of the board of directors. Mr. Zhang Chunlei has also been appointed as a member of the board's audit committee, starting from January 7, 2025, until the expiration of the second term of the board of directors. The qualifications of Mr. Huang Zemiao as the employee representative supervisor of the company have become effective, starting from January 7, 2025, until the expiration of the second term of the supervisory board.
