KONG SUN HOLD (00295) announced that Lixin Dehao Certified Public Accountants had resigned from the position of the company's auditor, effective from January 7, 2025, because they were unable to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
Upon recommendation from the audit committee, Su Ya Wenshun Certified Public Accountants has been appointed by the board of directors as the new auditor for the company, effective from January 7, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Lixin Dehao, with a term ending at the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
