CRMI (08158) announced that on January 6, 2025, Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. submitted a resignation letter to the board of directors, resigning from the position of the company's auditor, effective immediately. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Jindao Liancheng Certified Public Accountants LLP was appointed as the new auditor of the company, starting from January 6, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Zhongzheng Tianheng, with the term ending at the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
