BG BLUE SKY (06828) issued an announcement regarding the company (as the borrower) entering into a non-binding revolving loan financing agreement with two banks (as the original lenders), one of which also acts as the agent under the financing agreement (as amended and supplemented from time to time).
The company has submitted a request for re-grant to the agent (re-grant request), requesting to re-grant the existing financing to the company on the same terms and conditions as set out in the financing agreement (unless otherwise specified in the re-grant request). The agent accepted the re-grant request on January 6, 2025.
As per the financing agreement and the re-grant request, the total amount of financing to be granted to the company shall not exceed HK$400 million (or equivalent) (new financing), and the maturity date for the new financing shall be September 12, 2025. Each drawdown under the new financing shall be fully repaid on the last day of the corresponding one, two, three, or six-month interest period, or any other period agreed upon by the company and the agent.
