(referred to as "Yixin Investment"), has subscribed for fund shares of Changsha Quanzhong Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Changsha Quanzhong Venture Capital Fund") and has become one of the limited partners of the partnership enterprise.
