Dazzle Fashion (603587.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Yixin Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yixin Investment"), has subscribed for fund shares of Changsha Quanzhong Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Changsha Quanzhong Venture Capital Fund") and has become one of the limited partners of the partnership enterprise. The company intends to contribute 180 million RMB and will not make additional investments in the future, with a contribution proportion of 27.607% of the total committed capital raised by the partnership enterprise.
