HONWORLD GP (02226) announced that on December 6, 2024, the company received formal notice that the National High-Tech Enterprise Certification Management Office has approved its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huzhou HONWORLD GP Co., Ltd. (Huzhou Lao Henghe), as a high-tech enterprise. The qualification as a high-tech enterprise is valid for 3 years. According to national regulations, after being recognized as a high-tech enterprise, Huzhou Lao Henghe will have the right to enjoy national tax incentives related to high-tech enterprises for three consecutive fiscal years. Huzhou Lao Henghe will pay a 15% corporate income tax rate for the fiscal years 2024 to 2026.
