STAR CM (06698) announced that, considering the company's operational and cost reduction strategies, both parties were unable to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The company's auditor, Ernst & Young, has resigned from the position of company auditor, effective from January 3, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the company's Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint KPMG (Hong Kong) as the company's auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by Ernst & Young's resignation, effective from January 3, 2025, until the end of the company's next Annual General Meeting.
