UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880) announced on January 5, 2025 that (i) Executive Director Xiong Youjun is the legal beneficial owner of a total of 8.2907 million shares of the company, and (ii) Executive Director Wang Lin is the legal beneficial owner of a total of 8.2019 million shares. As of the date of this announcement, Zhao Guoqun is the legal beneficial owner of a total of 2.4517 million shares. On January 5, 2025, Mr. Xiong and Ms. Wang voluntarily committed to the company that, within 12 months from the commitment date, they will not sell any shares directly held by them as legal beneficial owners as of the commitment date. On January 5, 2025, Mr. Zhao voluntarily committed to the company that, within 12 months from the commitment date, he will not sell any shares directly held by him as a legal beneficial owner as of the commitment date.
