Xinyu Iron & Steel (600782.SH) subsidiary plans to participate in the acquisition of 51% equity of Xinyu Environmental Protection through public delisting.

Xinyu Iron & Steel (600782.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Xingang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xingang Environmental Protection"), plans to participate in the acquisition of a 51% stake in Xinyu Zhongye Environmental Protection Resources Development Co., Ltd. ("Xinyu Environmental Protection") through public bidding and delisting from China Jingye Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. ("China Jingye"). The base price for the transaction is 151 million yuan.
