CH AGRI-PROD EX(00149) repurchased the principal amount of 20 million Hong Kong dollars of notes further.
CH AGRI-PROD EX(00149) announced that it will further repurchase a portion of the unexercised notes totaling HKD 20 million through the open market on August 16, 2023, and September 7, 2023. This represents 5% of the originally issued notes principal amount. Combined with the previously repurchased and cancelled other notes, the repurchased notes now account for 75% of the originally issued notes principal amount. The repurchase will be funded by internal resources.
The repurchased notes will be cancelled as soon as possible. After the cancellation of the repurchased notes, the remaining principal amount of the unexercised notes will be HKD 100 million, representing approximately 25% of the initial principal amount of the notes.
