On September 7, 2023, AINNOVATION (02121) announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Advantech Co., Ltd. (Advantech). According to the agreement, the two parties will collaborate in the following areas: 1. Collaboration on AINNOVATION's AInnoGC Industrial Big Model technology platform and Advantech's Industrial Cloud platform and industry solutions. AINNOVATION's AInnoGC Industrial Big Model technology platform and related AIGC products, such as ChatDoc, ChatBI, and ChatRobot, will enhance Advantech's AI technology capabilities and improve its AI products. 2. Joint exploration and establishment of an AIoT platform, continuous deepening of the platform architecture and capability building, joint product development, and promotion of the industrial application of AIoT platform. The two parties will promote cooperation in the domestic and international markets based on their respective advantages. 3. Active collaboration on "AI+ Manufacturing" projects, including but not limited to visual intelligence, AIGC, and industrial big models. AINNOVATION will leverage its technical and product capabilities as well as its deep understanding of AI applications in the industry to deliver "AI+ Manufacturing" projects in collaboration with Advantech on the software and hardware digital base provided by Advantech. 4. Leveraging the AI technology advantages and the software and hardware technology advantages in the IoT field, the two parties will jointly build an AIoT Industrial Internet training platform, collaborate on course teaching, and provide IoT education kits and other key projects to create a new ecosystem for IoT education. 5. Conducting relevant ecological cooperation in the field of AI empowerment for industries, jointly promoting industry cooperation and exchange, and mobilizing industry attention through technology salons, forums, and other means, to continuously promote technological innovation in the field of artificial intelligence and drive the application of AI in industry. The Board of Directors believes that in the era of AI 2.0 led by large models, the closer integration and industrial ecological development of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things are the inevitable paths for the intelligent transformation of industrial manufacturing.
