Wingtech Technology (600745.SH) announced that the company has signed a "Sale Intention Agreement" with Luxshare Limited, intending to transfer the equity of 9 target companies and their operating assets related to the product integration business held by the company and its holding subsidiaries to Luxshare Limited or its designated party.
The scope of this transaction includes the equity of subsidiaries and related operating assets related to the product integration business, not involving the company's semiconductor business. After the completion of this transaction, the company will concentrate resources on the semiconductor business, consolidate and enhance its leading position in the global power semiconductor industry, further optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen continuous profit-making and risk resistance capabilities.
This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. Based on the scope of the "Sale Intention Agreement" agreed upon, it is expected that this transaction will constitute a major asset restructuring for the listed company.
