On August 2, 2023, WISDOMCOME GP (08079) issued an announcement stating that a loan agreement was entered into between the creditor (Easy Repay Financial Limited, a subsidiary of the company) and the borrower, Mr. Cai Fengyuan. Accordingly, the creditor agreed to grant a secured loan amount of HKD 4.8 million to the borrower.
