Red Star Macalline Group Corporation (01528) announced that due to a job change, Li Jianhong has been reassigned from an executive director to a non-executive director, effective from December 27, 2024. The executive director Che Jianxing will no longer serve as one of the authorized representatives of the company as specified in Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, effective from December 27, 2024. The board further announces that, in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, executive director Yang Yingwu has been appointed as an authorized representative, effective from December 27, 2024. Yang Yingwu will serve as an authorized representative together with the current authorized representative Qiu Zhe.
