(ZYBANK) on the Beijing Property Exchange. This constitutes a major asset sale as stipulated by the "Regulations on the Management of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies". As of December 27, 2024, the deadline for disclosing the public listing of the transfer has expired, and no qualified prospective transferees have been solicited. The Ninth Board of Directors' thirtieth meeting and the Ninth Board of Supervisors' fifteenth meeting approved the termination of this major asset sale transaction.
