ENVISION GREEN (01783) has completed the issue of 21.553 million subscribed shares.

ENVISION GREEN (01783) announced that, as all the conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, the subscription has been completed on December 24, 2024, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 21.553 million subscription shares were issued, equivalent to approximately 1.58% of the total number of issued shares after the completion of the subscription and issuance of subscription shares. The subscription shares were successfully issued and allotted to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$6.00 per share.
