Shanghai Electric Group (601727.SH) announced that its shareholder Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai State-owned Investment Co.") intends to participate in the exchange and purchase of a portion of its company's shares for shares in the CSI Shanghai State-owned Enterprise ETF within two months after 15 trading days from December 27, 2024. The shares to be exchanged by Shanghai State-owned Investment Co. shall not exceed 0.5% of the total number of company shares, which is equivalent to no more than 77.899 million shares.
