BANK OF GUIZHOU (06199): Wen Zhichao's qualification to serve as an independent non-executive director has been approved.

BANK OF GUIZHOU (06199) announced that the Bank received approval of director qualification on September 18, 2026. The Guizhou Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration (Guizhou Financial Regulatory Bureau) has approved the qualification of Mr. Wen Zhichao to serve as an independent non-executive director of the Bank. Mr. Wen Zhichao's term as director shall last until the expiry of the term of the fourth session of the Board. The Board of the Bank received today a letter of resignation from Ms. Sun Li, an independent non-executive director of the Bank. Due to work arrangements, Ms. Sun Li will cease to serve as an independent non-executive director of the Bank, the chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board, a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, a member of the Compliance Management Committee, and a member of the ESG Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee. Ms. Sun Li's resignation took effect today.
