Lotus Holdings (600186.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Zhejiang Lianhua Purple Star Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Purple Star" or "Party B"), intends to sign a "High Performance Computing Service Contract" with Shanghai X State-Owned Enterprise (referred to as "Party A") in the near future. Both parties confirm that under this contract, Party B will provide 1545 PFLOPS (BFLOAT16) high performance computing services and computing operation and maintenance services to Party A for a period of five years, with a total contract price of 555 million yuan.
