China Zheshang Bank (601916.SH) announced that Zhejiang Yinjin Leasing, a subsidiary controlled by the company, holds a 51% stake, while Zhejiang Financial Holdings holds a 29% stake and Zhoushan Marine Comprehensive Development Investment Co., Ltd. holds a 20% stake. Zhejiang Yinjin Leasing plans to conduct a capital increase and share expansion, with its existing shareholders subscribing for 1.15 billion new shares in proportion to their respective shareholding ratios, raising an amount not exceeding RMB 2 billion. As the controlling shareholder of Zhejiang Yinjin Leasing, the company plans to invest up to RMB 1.02 billion in this round of fundraising.
