(688466.SH): In order to deepen the implementation of the company's strategic development plan, fully leverage the power and resource advantages of professional investment institutions, accelerate the company's industrial ecological layout, and enhance the company's overall competitiveness, on December 27, 2024, the company signed a "Cooperation Agreement" with Hunan Aerospace Environmental Industry Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aerospace Environmental"). The company intends to participate as a limited partner in the membrane material venture capital fund initiated and managed by Beijing Aerospace Junfu Private Equity Fund Management Center (Limited Partnership) under Aerospace Environmental. The total scale of the industrial fund is expected to be 140 million RMB, with the company intending to contribute 35 million RMB, accounting for 25% of the total contribution ratio.
