Sichuan Xichang Electric Power (600505.SH) announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Mr. Zhou Zhi, the chief engineer, on December 27th. Due to age reasons and a recommendation for a change from the higher authority, Mr. Zhou has applied to resign from the position of chief engineer.
