China Association of Automobile Manufacturers: In November, a total of 2.051 million Chinese brand passenger cars were sold, an increase of 6.2% month-on-month and 31.8% year-on-year.
From January to November 2024, Chinese brand passenger vehicles sold a total of 15.9 million units, an increase of 22.5% year-on-year, accounting for 65.1% of the total passenger vehicle sales. The market share increased by 9.3 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
According to the statistical analysis of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in November 2024, Chinese brand passenger cars recorded a total sales of 2.051 million units, representing a month-on-month increase of 6.2% and a year-on-year increase of 31.8%. Chinese brand passenger cars accounted for 68.3% of the total passenger car sales, with a sales volume share increase of 8.6 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
