KWUNG'S AROMA (01925) announced that, following the first and second redemption events, on December 25, 2024, and December 26, 2024, Ningbo Kwangshi sent a written notice to the fund manager to redeem the remaining equities of the second and first funds, respectively. The book value of the equity of the second fund as of June 30, 2024 under the third redemption event, and the book value of the equity of the first fund as of June 30, 2024 under the fourth redemption event is approximately RMB 30.84 million and RMB 20.55 million, respectively.
The Group has held the equity of these funds for approximately one year, and the unrealized gains from investments in such funds have remained stable throughout the entire subscription period up to the date of the fourth redemption event. The directors believe that regular reviews of the performance and prospects of these funds are crucial, and see the redemption of certain equities of these funds as an opportunity to ensure unrealized gains and explore other investment opportunities in the market.
