SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) Rental Subsidiary enters into a cooperation agreement for the designated area.

SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) announced that on December 24, 2024, Shandong Hi-speed Taidong and Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a cooperation agreement for leasing designated area A. Shandong Hi-speed Heze also signed a cooperation agreement for leasing designated area B with Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY, and Shandong Hi-speed Linyi signed a cooperation agreement for leasing designated area C with Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY (both companies are indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company). Shandong Hi-speed Taidong leased the designated area A located in Jinan and Taian, Shandong Province to Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY for the construction and operation of photovoltaic power generation projects and solar power plants. Shandong Hi-speed Heze leased the designated area B located in Heze, Shandong Province to Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY for the construction and operation of photovoltaic power generation projects and solar power plants. Shandong Hi-speed Linyi leased the designated area C located in Linyi, Shandong Province to Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY for the construction and operation of photovoltaic power generation projects and solar power plants. According to the terms of the cooperation agreement, Shandong Hi-speed Taidong, Shandong Hi-speed Heze, and Shandong Hi-speed Linyi will provide designated areas, which include spaces such as toll gates on highways, service areas, slopes, tunnels, and ramp loops operated by Shandong Hi-speed Taidong, Shandong Hi-speed Heze, and Shandong Hi-speed Linyi, for the investment, construction, and operation of solar power plants owned by Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY. Considering the potential and stability of Shandong Hi-speed Group's operation and management business, the Directors believe that signing the cooperation agreement will bring reliable customers and stable operating income and cash flow to the group, thereby promoting the steady development of the group's clean energy business.
