Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle (000913.SZ) has signed an energy management contract for a 17.98MWp distributed photovoltaic power generation project with related parties.

Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle (000913.SZ) announcement, the board of directors approved the "Proposal on Signing the Energy Management Contract and Related Party Transaction of the 17.98MWp Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project" and agreed that the company will sign the "Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle Wendong 17.98MWp Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Energy Management Contract" with the related party Wenzhou Rongteng New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wenzhou Rongteng"). The contract stipulates that the company will provide the site for the construction of the project, as well as the convenience for construction, daily operation and maintenance, while Wenzhou Rongteng will be responsible for the investment, construction, operation, maintenance, and management of the project. The operation period of the project is 20 years, starting from the date of completion and grid connection. The total estimated amount for the 20 years is 143 million RMB, and the total estimated amount for the next 3 years is 19.55 million RMB. After the 20-year operation period expires, Wenzhou Rongteng will donate the distributed photovoltaic power station under this contract to the company.
