Beijing Qianjing Landscape (603778.SH) announced that, based on future development plans and actual project needs, its subsidiary Jiangsu Guosheng Shi'an New Energy Co., Ltd. ("Jiangsu Guosheng Shi'an") plans to reduce the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinjiang Guosheng Shi'an by 330 million yuan. After the reduction, Xinjiang Guosheng Shi'an's registered capital will be reduced from 450 million yuan to 120 million yuan. The company's shareholding in Xinjiang Guosheng Shi'an will remain unchanged before and after the reduction, and this reduction will not result in any changes to the company's consolidated financial statements.

Shareholders Changxia Jinshi and its concerted parties collectively reduced their shareholding ratio in Shanghai Baosteel Packaging (601968.SH) to 7.18%.
