CHEN LIN EDU (01593) announces that Mr. Liu Chunbin has resigned as an executive director and vice president of the company due to his other personal affairs, effective from January 1, 2025. Mr. Chen Wanlong and Mr. Huang Juyun have also resigned as independent non-executive directors due to their other personal affairs, effective from January 1, 2025.
