YANCOAL AUS (03668) announces that Dr. Geoffrey William Raby will resign as an independent non-executive director of Yancoal Australia, as well as the Chairman of the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Committee, a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Strategy and Development Committee, effective from December 17, 2024, as he intends to dedicate more time to other business activities. Mr. Peter Smith has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from December 17, 2024. Mr. Smith will also be appointed as the Chairman of the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
