CSRC approves Huatong Holding's IPO registration
The China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a reply on approving the initial public offering of shares by Hefei Huitong Holding Co., Ltd. (referred to as Huitong Holding).
On December 6, the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the initial public offering of shares of Hefei Huitong Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huitong Holdings). It is reported that Huitong Holdings plans to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation Limited as the IPO sponsor, aiming to raise 810 million yuan.
According to the prospectus, Huitong Holdings is engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of automotive styling parts and automotive acoustics products, as well as the assembly of automotive wheel units. After years of technological accumulation and market development, it has established first-tier supporting cooperation relationships with BYD Company Limited, Chery Automobile, Great Wall Motor, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd., NIO Inc., Chery Jaguar Land Rover, LEAPMOTOR, Jidu Automobile, and Volkswagen (Anhui) and other vehicle production enterprises.
