CSSC SHIPPING (03877) announced that on July 18, 2024, the Company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, CSSC Tianjin, entered into leasing agreements with Guangxi Wenchuan (an indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company's controlling shareholder, China CSSC Group) and Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding (an indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary of China CSSC Group) under Lease Agreement I. Under Lease Agreement I, CSSC Tianjin agreed to lease certain equipment to Guangxi Wenchuan and Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding for a period of 72 months, with a total lease payment of RMB 59.112 million.
On November 20, 2024, CSSC Tianjin entered into Lease Agreement II with Guangxi Wenchuan and Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding. Under Lease Agreement II, CSSC Tianjin agreed to lease another batch of equipment to Guangxi Wenchuan and Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding for a period of 72 months, with a total lease payment of RMB 37.152 million.
