Upon recommendation of the audit committee, ZZTH Certified Public Accountants Limited (ZZTH) has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective from November 20, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Ernst & Young's resignation. ZZTH's term will last until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
