RSUN SER (01971) announced that due to the inability to reach an agreement on audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with the company's auditor Ernst & Young Certified Public Accountants (Ernst & Young), Ernst & Young has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 20, 2024. Upon recommendation of the audit committee, ZZTH Certified Public Accountants Limited (ZZTH) has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective from November 20, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Ernst & Young's resignation. ZZTH's term will last until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
