CHAMPION REIT (02778): Confiscation of unclaimed distributions.

CHAMPION REIT (02778) Announcement: According to clause 21.3 of the trust deed that constitutes CHAMPION REIT, the board of directors of GREAT EAGLE H asset management (Guang Jun) Limited (as the manager of CHAMPION REIT) may decide to forfeit any unclaimed funds within seven years of the payment date and return them to CHAMPION REIT. The board hereby notifies the fund unit holders of CHAMPION REIT that the 2016 mid-year distribution and 2016 year-end distribution paid on October 6, 2016 and May 26, 2017 respectively, which remain unclaimed by December 20, 2024 or earlier, will be forfeited and returned to CHAMPION REIT.
