EEKA FASHION (03709) announced that, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share incentive plan, the trustee of the share incentive plan purchased a total of 191,500 shares of the company from the market on November 19, 2024, and holds them in trust for the benefit of the selected participants.

CCIAM FUTURE EN(00145) has completed the placement of 33.904 million shares of placement shares.

CHINA IN-TECH (00464) completed the issuance of 60 million shares, raising approximately HK$6 million net.
